About Me
Hello, I’m Katie Moger, an accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (BABCP), offering online therapy for adults across the UK.
My work is grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), alongside elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I aim to offer a balance of practical, structured work and a space where you can feel understood without judgement.
I have over three years’ experience as a qualified CBT therapist, and previously worked within an NHS Talking Therapies service, supporting adults with a range of difficulties including anxiety, low mood, and OCD.
Alongside this, my background includes working as a Social Worker in community mental health teams and within a specialist NHS service for veterans. Earlier in my career, I supported elderly and disabled adults as a domiciliary carer. These experiences have shaped how I work - with an awareness of the wider context of people’s lives, not just the difficulties they bring to therapy.
I have a particular interest in working with OCD and anxiety-related patterns, including overthinking, intrusive thoughts, and cycles of reassurance or avoidance that can feel difficult to break.
My approach is collaborative and transparent. We’ll work together to understand what’s keeping things stuck, and begin to test out new ways of responding - often through behavioural experiments and practical, real-life changes that help shift these patterns over time.
My path into this work has also been influenced by personal experiences of trauma and loss. While I don’t centre this in therapy, it has shaped the way I show up: with empathy, honesty, and respect for how difficult things can feel.
I aim to offer a space that feels warm, thoughtful, and grounded - somewhere you can feel understood, while also being supported to move forward in a meaningful way.

Customised therapy that fits you
I work closely with you to ensure you remain in control of your therapy every step of the way. Your feedback is at the heart of how I work — I check in regularly so we can adapt and refine our sessions to make sure they truly meet your needs.
Each session is tailored to you and your unique circumstances. I specialise in working with individuals experiencing OCD, anxiety and depression offering a supportive space to understand what’s going on and how to move forward.
Together, we’ll explore where your difficulties may have begun and how they’re showing up in your life today. From this, we’ll create a personalised roadmap for therapy — focusing on shifting unhelpful thoughts, behaviours, and emotional patterns so you can experience real change in the present.
I welcome clients from all walks of life, cultures, sexualities, and neurodiverse backgrounds. My training enables me to adapt CBT and integrative approaches to suit your specific needs, values, and preferences.
All sessions are offered online, so you can access therapy from the comfort and safety of your own space.
