About Me

I’m Katie Moger, a fully accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (BABCP) offering online therapy for adults aged 18 and over. I use evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and have also trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which helps create lasting and meaningful change.

For the past three years, I’ve worked in an NHS Talking Therapies service. Before training as a therapist, I worked as a Social Worker in community mental health teams, and later in a specialist NHS service for veterans. Earlier in my career, I was a domiciliary carer, supporting elderly and disabled adults. These varied roles have given me a deep understanding of the challenges people face and a strong foundation in compassionate care.

My journey into therapy was shaped by my own personal experiences of trauma and loss. These experiences not only deepened my empathy but also inspired my commitment to helping others heal and grow. I bring both my professional knowledge and personal insight to the therapy space, offering a warm, non-judgemental, and supportive environment where you can feel truly heard and understood.

I work closely with you to ensure you remain in control of your therapy every step of the way. Your feedback is at the heart of how I work — I check in regularly so we can adapt and refine our sessions to make sure they truly meet your needs.

Each session is tailored to you and your unique circumstances. I specialise in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, OCD, depression, and low self-esteem, offering a supportive space to understand what’s going on and how to move forward.

Together, we’ll explore where your difficulties may have begun and how they’re showing up in your life today. From this, we’ll create a personalised roadmap for therapy — focusing on shifting unhelpful thoughts, behaviours, and emotional patterns so you can experience real change in the present.

I welcome clients from all walks of life, cultures, sexualities, and neurodiverse backgrounds. My training enables me to adapt CBT and integrative approaches to suit your specific needs, values, and preferences.

All sessions are offered online, so you can access therapy from the comfort and safety of your own space.
